Are tickets refundable?
No. All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable — including if you are unable to attend. The committee commits to the venue and catering headcount in advance, which is why this policy has no exceptions.
Can I buy tickets for other people?
Yes. You may purchase up to ten tickets in a single order. Each attendee needs their own name and meal selection at checkout so the kitchen and check-in list are accurate. For a larger block, email helpforemanhs91@yahoo.com.
What are the meal choices?
Dinner is served plated, with a choice of chicken or fish for each guest. One selection is required per ticket, and selections cannot be changed after checkout.
Is there a bar?
Yes — a cash bar is available throughout the evening. Bar purchases are separate from your ticket and are not included in the admission price.
What is the early bird special?
Tickets are $65 per person through October 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. Once the 4th passes, the early bird rate is gone and every ticket is $80, so buying early saves $15 a seat.
When do ticket sales close?
Online sales close October 25, 2026. There are no exceptions and no walk-in ticket sales at the door, so please reserve before the deadline.
How do I get my ticket?
After checkout you will receive a confirmation number on screen and a receipt at the email address you provide. Bring your confirmation number with you; the committee will have the guest list at check-in.
How much is admission, and is there tax?
Admission is $65.00 per person during the early bird period, which runs through October 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM. After that date the price returns to $80.00 per person. A 4% processing fee is added to your ticket subtotal at checkout (for example, $2.60 on a $65 ticket or $3.20 on an $80 ticket). There is no sales tax — the total shown at checkout is the total you pay.
